Can I pass on processing fees to my clients?

Yes, Maroo allows you to transparently pass on processing fees to your clients. This feature helps you manage costs effectively while maintaining pricing transparency. Make sure you consult your accounting and tax partner who can advise if your state allows client payments surcharge.

Can clients use Autopay for installments?

Autopay is available on invoices with more than one scheduled payment. Clients can opt in for the remaining scheduled installments.

What are the processing fees on Maroo?

How are recurring invoices different from installments?

Recurring invoicing creates separate invoices on a repeating schedule. A payment schedule splits one invoice into installments with their own due dates. Read the recurring invoice guide.

Can a client pay through a link or QR code?

Yes. Share a Quick or Itemized payment link or QR code so the client can open the online payment page on their device. This does not require a hardware card reader.

Can I create and send invoices to clients through Maroo?

Yes, Maroo offers a user-friendly invoicing system. You can create professional invoices, customize them with your branding, and easily send them to your clients for payment.

Can I choose which notifications I receive?

Choose email and in-app notifications by module in your notification settings. Some critical notifications remain enabled.

Can I integrate Maroo with my existing accounting software?

Connect QuickBooks Online and complete the setup to sync new invoices created afterward. Connecting does not automatically sync older invoices.
