Maroo’s QuickBooks Online integration keeps your accounting in sync automatically. When you get paid in Maroo, the invoice and payment are recorded in QuickBooks Online so your books are always reconciled and ready for your accountant. Invoices sync automatically: Every invoice you create in Maroo can flow into QuickBooks Online, mapped to the right income accounts. Payments recorded for you: When a client pays, the payment is matched to the invoice in QuickBooks so nothing is double-counted. Customers stay in sync: New clients added in Maroo show up as customers in QuickBooks — no copy-pasting contact details.

Which version of QuickBooks does Maroo support?
Maroo connects to QuickBooks Online. The desktop edition is not currently supported.
Does Maroo sync historical invoices?
The integration syncs invoices and payments going forward from the time you connect. For bulk historical imports, contact support@maroo.us.
Does it sync processing fees?
Yes — payments and any associated fees are recorded so your deposits reconcile against your bank feed in QuickBooks.
