Today we are introducing updates to our pricing structure, which will take effect on May 1, 2023. Given the macro-environment and overall inflation, last week we were notified by our processing partner Stripe that, as per their global price update initiative, our underlying costs for card and ACH processing with them will go up.
To ensure that Maroo can continue to deliver and increase value to your business, we had no other option but to update our processing fees as per the following:
That means if the transaction amount is less than $2,500 the cost of transfer will be 1%. If the transaction amount is greater than $2,500 then the processing cost will be fixed at $25.
As always, you have the full control around who pays the processing fees.
With the new pricing, we are happy to announce return of manual ACH payments where your clients are able to just type their bank account credentials and submit the payment.
